- Hazel loves crawling up the stairs. Her main goal in life is to go up the stairs as many times as possible. Unfortunately she doesn't know how to go down the stairs, so it involves me carrying her back down a lot of times.
- Her second goal in life is to eat the rubber ends of the door stoppers. All day long I hear the spring make noise as she pulls the rubber end off. Then I have to go dig it out of her mouth. But she can be sneaky and pulls them off without me noticing. After a few minutes I see her chewing on something, dig it out, and have to wander around the house looking for where she got it from.

- Hazel loves the vacuum. She always tries to get in the way or climb on it while I am vacuuming. But she absolutely hates my hair dryer. She screams her head off every time I turn it on.
- Hazel has 8 teeth. The 2 other babies, Gabby and Indy, don't have any teeth yet.

- Hazel hates baby food. She has never really eaten it well. But she dislikes it so much that I basically only try to feed her breakfast with baby oatmeal and fruit.

- Hazel has been sleeping worse and worse the older she gets. When we were out of town at the cabin I let her come in bed with me a few times so she didn't wake up the whole house, but now she wants to sleep with me all the time.

- Hazel is still a really happy baby and likes to smile. Luke still annoys her, pokes her, squishes her face, sits on her, etc. every chance he gets. The most common thing I say all day long is "Luke leave Hazel alone!"

- Hazel loves to be outside and tries to crawl out the garage door every time it opens. But it's really hard to have her outside because she tries to eat rocks, sticks, and dirt.

- Hazel is starting to pull herself to standing, but hasn't started walking along furniture yet.

- Hazel loves swinging. She giggles and laughs every time.

We love baby Hazel. She is a happy, easy-going baby most of the time. And we are so glad she's part of our family.
