Isaac has been really excited to plant our first garden. I have been in charge of planting all the flowers, and Isaac has been in charge of the vegetables. This weekend we planted our garden (the growing season is shorter in Wisconsin, so we had to wait for the weather to be warm enough to plant).
There are lots of bunnies, squirrels, and deer that eat people's gardens, so lots of people grow things upside-down from their trees, porches, etc. So we bought some upside-down tomato growing bags. We'll have to see how they work.

I am excited to see if those tomato bags actually work. Do you need any more seed for your garden? I have a few leftover if you'd be interested. - Lucy
Those upside down tomato things crack me up. I thought plants were supposed to grow toward the light... how does that work? We have a little garden ourselves... hopefully it bears SOME stuff. It's our first attempt at this kind of thing so we'll see!
