Hike up Waterfall Canyon

The next day, Isaac and I went up to Odgen to visit Isaac's family. We got to see Karla's new kitchen for the first time, and it looks amazing. It is hard to believe the transformation that happened in that kitchen. And because Karla went so long without having a working oven, she now has two to make up for lost time.
Then Barry, Karla, Hannah, Isaac, and I went for a hike up waterfall canyon. As we were approaching the mouth of the canyon, it started to rain. We continued hiking anyway, and were fairly wet when we reached the waterfall. Although the rain was a little annoying, it was nice to have some cloud cover for the hike. It was a perfect hiking temperature. The sun came back out in time for me to take a few pictures. On the way back down the trail it started to hale a few hundred yards before reaching the house. So we timed the hike perfectly.

Here is a picture of the waterfall.

This is a view of the Ogden valley from the hiking trail.

That afternoon we were able to go to the Odgen temple with Isaac's parents, Grandpa and Pat. We had a really nice time there.

For dinner that night we went over to Lacey and Justin's house. They had a really nice dinner prepared for us, and it was great to see all the work they have been doing on their home.
