Spring Break

Isaac had Spring Break a couple weeks ago. I had to work most of the time, but I was able to take the day off on Friday. We thought we would spend the morning doing things around the house and then spend the afternoon doing something fun in Milwaukee. There is a place in Milwaukee called "The Domes". These are three separate domes that are botanical gardens for different ecosystems. One of them is desert vegetation, one is tropical, and one changes regularly. I drive past the domes on my way to work, and they look really big, so we thought it would take 2-3 hours to look at everything. When we got there, we discovered that the domes are tiny. We guessed it would have taken us 20 min. to tour the whole place. They were going to charge us $11 to get in, so we took a couple pictures from the outside and turned around and went to a movie. This was definitely the most disappointing Spring Break yet. We miss Southern Utah.
